Contactless – What is it?
Contactless hotels are the biggest growing trend in hospitality. How many of us have arrived at a hotel and have to stand in a queue, waiting 10 or 15 minutes for an outdated checkin process….growing frustrated at providing the same information a second time, while what we really want is to go to our room? We all check in online for flights, so the idea that we have to stand in line to get to our room in a hotel is long outdated. After booking your stay with us, we will get in contact with you before your arrival and ask you to accept our Terms and Conditions etc (just a few clicks). Then on the day of arrival you will be sent a PIN number that you then use to enter the building and your room. It is unique to you and you can then come and go as you please. No hanging around waiting on keys or cards that don’t always work.
LIMITED SERVICE HOTEL
We are a city centre hotel and have all the amenities of the city on our doorstep. Numerous cafes, pubs and restaurants surround us. Again, why pay for services you don’t need or want – so we don’t offer food or drink for sale. We focus on providing you a clean, well appointed kingsize ensuite room in the heart of the city – we let you choose when and what to eat or drink. A kettle and tea and coffee are provided.
